A Study Of Chinese Cultural Themes In Experimental Art

Experimental art as a new subject of Chinese contemporary art education system,as an independent unique mental tension experiment,prompting the development of Chinese art to the diverse and healthy direction,in the late1970 s,the western ideological trend of contemporary art in China,with a large number of domestic and foreign experimental art exhibition held in succession,China's experimental art rapid rise and onto the international stage since the1990 s,Chinese experimental artists began to pull the line of sight back to the theme of Chinese traditional culture,combined with contemporary international practices,China's story,and had a profound influence in the country This paper starts with the introduction of the development of Chinese experimental art,and discusses the relationship between experimental art and Chinese traditional culture,respectively,to explore the characteristics of experimental art and Chinese traditional culture,as well as the opportunities for the combination of the two.In addition,a number of cases of Chinese experimental artists were summarized,and the artistic techniques and forms of expression with Chinese culture as the theme of creation were analyzed and summarized,so as to clarify the methodological research on the development of contemporary experimental art.
