As one of the basic ethnic groups in the northeast frontier area of the Qing Dynasty,the Feiyaka people have long lived in the lower reaches of the Heilongjiang River and the northern part of the Sakhalin River,also known as Feiyaka in Nanai people and Feiyaka in Kuyefiyaka,they do not differ much in physical constitution,customs,language and customs,all belong to the FEIYAKA.The Fiachas are a typical fishing and hunting civilization and a dog tribe culture,they are good at fishing and hunting,they are a typical sea fishing and hunting civilization,they are also good at training dogs and minks,and training dogs plays an important role in their livestock breeding and transportation,in addition to paying tribute to the Qing government,the MINK was also traded for daily necessities.In the early Qing Dynasty,the Feiyaka people were subordinated to the Qing Dynasty,and successively under the jurisdiction of Ningguta and Sanxingfudutong Yamen.In the Qing Dynasty,the family name(Khara)and village(Kashan)were incorporated into the household register,and the system of paying tribute of mink which rewarded moncy and silk was put into practice.The system of paying tribute of mink which rewarded moncy and silk enriched the food and clothing of the Feiyaka,improved their quality of life,promoted their economic development,and promoted their exchanges with other ethnic groups in the Qing Dynasty,strengthened the FEYAKA ethnic group to the Qing government's national identity and the sense of belonging;The system of paying tribute of mink which rewarded moncy and silk is an important decision of the Qing Dynasty to effectively manage the border ethnic groups in the northeast according to local conditions,and it is of great political significance,an important state policy for the management of ethnic minorities has objectively consolidated the northeast frontier and maintained national unity.The system of paying tribute of mink which rewarded moncy and silk lasted until the thirty-one years of the Qing Dynasty Guangxu,at the end of the Qing Dynasty,due to the rigid and inflexible policies of the Qing government,the policy of political unrest in the late Qing Dynasty could not continue.The destruction of the ecological environment and the long-term overfishing of the mink resulted in a decrease in the mink population,and Russian Empire's invasion of the Heilongjiang River basin and Sakhalin,which ultimately made the system of paying tribute of mink which rewarded moncy and silk unworkable.This article will take the Feiyaka ethnic group of the Qing Dynasty as the main body of study to sort out and study the system of paying tribute of mink which rewarded moncy and silk,from the angle of historical evolution and systematic vision,using the archival materials,historical records,the research results of Chinese and foreign scholars,etc.,and using the history,statistics,historical geography,Cross comparison,comprehensive analysis and other methods of the Qing Dynasty Feiyaka the system of paying tribute of mink which rewarded moncy and silk to conduct a systematic analysis.The research contents are divided into two parts: First,it briefly discusses the related situation of the FEIYAKA ethnic group in the Qing Dynasty,and then it focuses on the analysis and discussion of the system of paying tribute of mink which rewarded moncy and silk of the Feiyaka ethnic group in the Qing Dynasty,through the statistics of the household register of the family name and the number of paying tribute of mink,this paper analyzes the causes of the difference in numbers,and the reasons for the abolition of the system of paying tribute of mink which rewarded moncy and silk in the Qing Dynasty,as well as the marriage to maintain the rule and administration of the Feiyaka people.Finally,it analyzes the reasons for the abolishment of the system of paying tribute of mink which rewarded moncy and silk,and the value and significance of paying tribute to Feiyaka in Qing Dynasty are also discussed.
