Research On The Evaluation Of The Vitality Of Urban Community Public Cultural Space And Its Promotion Strategy

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the main contradiction of our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.To meet the people's needs for a better life in the new era is inseparable from cultural construction.As an important material carrier of community public cultural life,community public cultural space with vitality can improve residents' sense of happiness and acquisition.Space vitality is an important standard to measure the quality of community public cultural space and an important indicator to evaluate the effectiveness of urban community public cultural space construction.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the related concepts and theoretical research of urban community public cultural space,this paper uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the four criteria and 12 index levels of urban community public cultural space vitality.The criteria level includes spatial vitality,environmental vitality,social vitality and cultural vitality,Then,the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the vitality of urban community public cultural space are constructed,and the index weight values of each level are calculated.On this basis,this paper selects the urban community public cultural space in M District of Qingdao City as the research object,designs a questionnaire according to the vitality evaluation index system of urban community public cultural space,and carries out a questionnaire survey on the urban community residents in M District of Qingdao city,Calculate the score of public cultural space vitality in M District of Qingdao City,and determine the vitality level according to the public space vitality comparison table.The results show that M District of Qingdao city has made some achievements in the construction of urban community public cultural space,the community cultural facilities have been greatly improved,and the vitality of community public cultural space has been improved;However,there are still some problems of space vitality,such as unreasonable space planning,unsatisfactory cultural space environment,lack of residents' enthusiasm for participation,and disconnection between cultural content arrangement and residents' needs.The main reasons are the imbalance of community public cultural service supply,the absence of social organization participation,the lack of marketization of community cultural service,and the lack of community subject consciousness.Therefore,effective measures should be taken to enhance the vitality of urban community public cultural space.First,we should give full play to the functions of the government and constantly optimize the supply mechanism of community public cultural services;Second,we should give full play to the function of social organizations and improve the effective participation mechanism of social organizations;The third is to play the role of the market,innovate the community cultural scene building mechanism,and enhance the attraction of community public cultural space;Fourth,integrate community human resources,build community public culture platform,and improve community culture self-organization cultivation mechanism.
