Research On "Xiangxue Xiaoshan Ci"

Xiangxue Xiaoshan Ci is the combination of Xiangxue Ci written by Wang Ce and Xiaoshan Poems written by Wang Shixiang.They were the accomplished poets of Wang family in Taiyuan,Taicang of qing Dynasty.They were not only uncles and nephews.but also teachers and apprentices,as well as like-minded partners in ci writing.This paper focuses on their thoughts,activities and works of ci study.From the perspective of region and family,the relaxed writing atmosphere,of taicang,and the family's requirements for the imperial examination and official career of the descendants,the family's complex position at the time of generational change,which has a profound impact on their writing.The current situation of Taicang ci circles also prompted them to raise the banner of Yanzhou ci and Meicun Ci spontaneously,thus inheriting and expanding the context of Taicang ci studies.From the perspective of the development of taicang poetry circle,Xiangxue Ci started the trend of ci writing,and then under the leadership and organization of Wang Shixiang,the first ci society in Taicang in the Qing Dynasty--Xiaoshan Ci Society was born.According to the development trend of ci in Yonggan period,Wang Shixiang promoted the Northern Song dynasty in the early stage and promoted the Southern Song Dynasty in the later stage,which reflected the independent thinking of ci writers who did not converge with the contemporary customs.The differences of life experience,mentality and personality make the ideological content and artistic characteristics of their ci have the same,but also different.Wang Ce's poems,whether chanting,mourning or expressing his feelings,always express his feelings and do not hide.Wang Shixiang's poems about the remembrance of history reflect the contradiction between official career and avoiding the world,and his eulogies do not indulge in pain blindly,when they can comfort themselves.Wang Ce's ci style is mainly "ghost spirit",while Wang Shixiang's is "implicit and graceful" Their exquisite composition,appropriate white space and choice of color words are the embodiment of his family's painting tradition in ci.
