Research On Fan Jiaxiang's "Supplements To Three Poems"

Fan Jiaxiang's Addendum to three schools of The Book of Songs(???????)is the first Addendum of three schools of The Book of Songs in Qing Dynasty,and it is also the only research work of three schools of The Book of Songs in Qing Dynasty included in Siku Quanshu.On the basis of previous studies,this paper systematically sorts out the edition,style,missing contents,academic characteristics,achievements and shortcomings of the Addendum of three schools of The Book of Songs,which is helpful to explore the important position of The Collection of Three schools of The Book of Songs Poems in academic history.The first chapter,guided by the academic view of"knowing people and discussing the world",discusses Fan Jiaxiang's life and his friendship with friends.From the point of view of his life,Fan Jiaxiang never abandoned his studies all his life,and he still wrote books and published a lot of works after he gained fame.Most of his friends have made achievements in the study of classics,and Fan and his friends have many academic contacts,making a preface to each other.The second chapter analyzes the edition,style and main contents of the Addendum to three schools of The Book of Songs by using the method of comprehensive literature review.There are many editions of The Collection of Three schools of The Book of Songs,so we should pay attention to the evolution of this edition when we study it,and select the representative and important editions for in-depth exploration.Addendum to three schools of The Book of Songs is a pioneering work in style,which has created the first academic source of three schools of The Book of Songs and three lost styles of three schools of The Book of Songs with 300 titles as the key link,and was absorbed and used for reference by three schools of The Book of Songs in the whole Qing Dynasty.The third chapter summarizes the academic characteristics of this book through induction and comparative analysis.In the process of compiling the three lost poems,Fan Jiaxiang collected a large number of lost essays and sayings,and the entries of lost essays were several times as many as those in Shi Kao(????).The Addendum to three schools of The Book of Songs is not just a compilation of different versions of the Book of Songs(????),but also interspersed with Fan's views and attitudes towards the Three schools of The Book of Songs and Mao Poems,some of which are still of great benefit to the study of the Book of Songs today.The fourth chapter summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the Addendum to three schools of The Book of Songs from various angles,and further combs its important influence in academic history.The Addendum to three schools of The Book of Songs provides a reference for the collation and exegesis of the handed down documents of the Book of Songs,and also has important reference value for the unearthed documents of the Book of Songs.Because it met the requirements of the cultural policy in the early Qing Dynasty and was promoted by the officials of the four libraries,the book Addendum to three schools of The Book of Songs inspired the enthusiasm of scholars in the Qing Dynasty for the study of the three schools of The Book of Songs,which made the study of the three schools of The Book of Songs enter a prosperous period in the Qing Dynasty,and the study of the collection of the Book of Songs reached its peak in the Qing Dynasty.At the same time,Addendum to three schools of The Book of Songs is an important node in the research history of the three schools of The Book of Songs,and this book has also contributed to the research on the collection of lost poems in the Qing Dynasty.
