Among dances,"circle dance",as the oldest and most primitive art,integrates the harmony of mind,soul and body.It is a symbolic form created by human body language,which is not only practical in life,but also a medium for spiritual experience.The thesis firstly combed the historical atlas of "circle dance" in chronological order as a research reference,tracing the historical context of circle dance.The discussion clarifies the enduring common factors of "circle dance" and its current realistic significance in people's lives.In the long history of dance civilization,"circle dance" has become a caring expression of the "Community of Shared Future for Mankind" that transcends race,religion and cultural identity.Secondly,in view of the author's theoretical analysis of "circle dance",the author extracted the common characteristic of "circle dance"--"Turn",which became the core driving force of its form meaning and spiritual power,and then became the basis and motivation of dance creation.This perceptual symbol with meaning generated by "Turn" has become the key factor in stage transformation.The form and meaning of "Turn" inspire the author to the composition relationship and dynamic image of the work in dance creation,and the transformation ideas are summarized by taking the experience of Chinese folk dance choreography.At the same time,with the Tibetan as the regional material for the creation,the characteristics of "Turn" are explored from the three aspects of its national mentality,body dynamics and time concept,which are integrated into the idea of the work .In the rehearse process of the work ,the choreographer start from the two layers of "state of mind" and "life",explore the meaning of life conveyed by "self" in the continuous growth,choice and pursuit of time.From the three aspects of "Turn"--rhythm,circulation and vitality,which respectively correspond to the movement design,the form and the structure of the work.Then describes the relation of state and color,individuals and groups in the circular expression.The choreographer restores the perception of "circle dance" to a feeling of time and rotation to constructs the “self” mental journey.The "beating" of the is actually connected with the life core of "mysterious circle dance".Finally,"circle dance" as a cultural body imprint,the paper extends and summarizes from the perspective of somaesthetics,discusses the beauty of life and the ontology law of “circle dance”,and continues to realize the inner mystery of it from this perspective.
