Social Education Research In Shandong Revolutionary Base

The Communist Party of China has carried out various and large-scale social education under the leadership of the Shandong Revolutionary Base,which is an important factor for the party to lead the Anti Japanese War and the Liberation War and win the final victory.The social education in the Shandong Revolutionary Base was gradually developed under the harsh environment of the Chinese Communist Party in the war.It also developed along with the people's struggle for national liberation and democratic development in the base area.It contributed to the improvement of the cultural level of the people in the base area,the establishment of the regime in the base area,and the consolidation and development,the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan and the War of Liberation made outstanding contributions.This article starts with Marxist social education thoughts and the social and cultural conditions in the Shandong Revolutionary Base Area before the war,outlines the theoretical basis and implementation background for Shandong Communists to implement social education in the base.It reviewed the development process of social education in the Shandong Revolutionary Base during the Anti-Japanese War and the War of Liberation(1937-1949)and the outstanding characteristics of various stages of development,and further summarized the effectiveness and deficiencies of social education in the Shandong Revolutionary Base.With the goal of eliminating illiteracy,improving people's cultural knowledge,enhancing people's political awareness and consolidating the construction of political power,the government of the base area carried out various social and cultural activities,and carried out multi angle and multi-level social education around ideological and political education,current affairs policies,cultural knowledge and production technology.By carrying out extensive social education,the political consciousness of the people in the base areas was generally improved,and the Chinese Communist Party further grasped and consolidated the rural political power,which played a role in unifying the mind and gathering strength for the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan and the War of Liberation.In the process of social education development in Shandong Revolutionary Base Area,there are also some shortcomings,such as weak teachers,ignoring the importance of cultural education and so on.The development of social education in Shandong Base Areas provides valuable experience and lessons for the party's social education work in the new period,and provides a good reference for highlighting the party's ideological discourse power and the development of social education.
