Research On Service Supply Optimization Of Rural Cultural Auditoriums In Cangnan County

Since the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,Zhejiang Province has been providing public cultural services for rural residents through rural cultural auditorium.As living standards continue to rise,the demand of rural residents for public cultural services has changed from "have" to "excellent",which brings new challenges and opportunities to the service supply of rural cultural auditorium.How to optimize the service supply of rural cultural auditorium and meet the needs of rural residents for spiritual and cultural life is a question that needs to be considered in the process of promoting rural revitalization strategy.This article takes the service supply of rural cultural auditorium in Cangnan County as an example,takes the optimization of rural cultural auditorium service supply as the research purpose,based on public product theory and public governance theory,using case studies,literature studies,interviews and other methods,analyzes the problems and reasons in the current service supply of rural cultural auditorium,and proposes corresponding countermeasures with reference to the practices of other regions in Zhejiang Province.In recent years,Cangnan County has made beneficial exploration on the service supply optimization of rural cultural auditorium,but there are still some deficiencies,such as: poor quality of rural cultural auditorium service supply,misalignment between service supply and rural residents' needs,unbalanced service supply,and lack of the talent team of rural cultural auditorium.The reasons are mainly caused by the insufficient ability of the service supply subject of rural cultural auditorium,the lack of effective channels for expressing the cultural needs of rural residents,the limited sources of funds for the operation of rural cultural auditorium,and the phenomenon of loss and discontinuity of rural cultural talents.Therefore,we should continue to promote the transformation of government functions,promote various market subjects to join the service supply,guide rural residents to participate in the service supply spontaneously,and improve the service supply quality of rural cultural auditorium;Enrich the service supply content of rural cultural auditorium,innovate the service supply mode of rural cultural auditorium,improve the service demand feedback mechanism of rural cultural auditorium,and improve the service supply effectiveness of rural cultural auditorium;Increase policy support for remote cultural auditorium,promote the alliance mechanism and the pairing mode of rural cultural auditorium,and ensure the balance of service supply of rural cultural auditorium;Establish a talent introduction,training and selection mechanism,cultivate the service talent team of rural cultural auditorium,cooperate with schools to obtain the help of professionals,and strengthen the construction of service team,so as to further improve the service supply capacity of rural cultural auditorium in the implementation process of rural revitalization strategy.
