Research On Rural Cultural Construction In Mazhan Town,Cangnan County,Zhejiang Province

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization for the first time in view of the present rural development,which is an important action guide to guide the agricultural and rural development in the new era.Rural Revitalization not only needs to develop the rural economy and improve the income of farmers,but also needs to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization and shape the civilization of rural style,which is a highly harmonious unity of material civilization and spiritual civilization.The construction of rural wind civilization is the soul of Rural Revitalization.Rural culture is the core of rural civilization,which can gather people’s hearts and provide power for Rural Revitalization.Mazhan town is a large agricultural town.It has always attached great importance to the establishment of family virtues and social civility in rural areas.For government do a lot of works,such as carrying out various activities on civilization to promote cultural and ideological progress,further to improve intellectual and moral qualities of villagers.Under the background of the new era,Mazhan town has taken a series of actions to achieve certain results in the vitalization of the villages,showing the advanced villages such as Zhongkui,Qipan,Houcao,etc.,but the vitalization of the countryside should not only be "economic vitalization",but also cover vitalization in all-round way,highlighting "expand successful experiences to larger ares " and changing “bonsai” into “landscape”.Therefore,based on the analysis of the current situation and the causes of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to further strengthen the construction of social civility in rural areas.This paper takes Mazhan Town,Cangnan County,Zhejiang Province as an example,and uses literature reading,theoretical analysis and research methods to integrate the elements of rural cultural construction from a relatively isolated state into an organic whole.This paper is divided into five parts.First of all,the current situation of the research on rural cultural construction at home and abroad is described,and the research contents and methods are clarified.Secondly,the connotation and characteristics of rural cultural are studied.Third,from the three aspects of the establishment of national civilized villages,the promotion of eliminating outmoded customs and the inheritance of rural folk culture,this paper describes the achievements of Mazhan town promoting social civility in rural areas.Fourth,it analyzes and expounds the problems existing in the construction of rural civilization.The main problems are backward rural education concept,backward rural economic development and inadequate ideological and moral construction.Finally,giving advices from emphasis on rural education,strengthening talents group and rural cultural facilities upgraded three aspects,the main countermeasures are to vigorously develop rural education,improve the cultural quality of farmers,strengthen the construction team of rural civilization,help the revitalization of rural culture and optimize the construction of rural cultural facilities,and cultivate a new style of rural civilization,hoping a more civilized society will be established in rural areas.
