| With the rise of the network society,the idol “anti-fan” group and the “anti-fan”subculture form generated by it are increasingly becoming a prominent subculture phenomenon in the current cyberspace.“Anti-fan” refers to a group of people who actively participate in the consumption and reverse reproduction of texts with negative emotional attitudes such as disgust,criticism and resistance.Among them,the idol text with “Cai Xukun” as the core has been especially fiercely attacked by the“anti-fan” group.In view of the representativeness and particularity of Cai Xukun’s“anti-fan” group,this paper chooses it as the research object to carry out a case analysis.This research is based on the perspective of subculture and supported by relevant theories of cultural research and audience research,using qualitative research methods such as participant observation,text analysis and in-depth interview,and starting from the four aspects of identity characteristic,production and expression,generate motivation and cultural influence of the “anti-fan” group.This paper attempts to make exploratory observation and interpretation of this subcultural group.This study starts from the sorting out of the development course of Cai Xukun’s“anti-fan” phenomenon.Through the overall process review,the formation path of“anti-fan” group is clarified,and the participant composition of this complex group is roughly defined.Then it focuses on the three core participation platforms of Weibo,B station and Hupu,and describes the communication modalities of “anti-fan” group on the platform,and summarizes its type characteristics.Secondly,by examining the opposed opinions of Cai Xukun’s “anti-fan” group and combining with discourse analysis,it can be found that they have positive discourse expressions and rich and profound opinions.Then,by observing the “anti-fan” group’s resistance behaviors and interaction patterns on the social platforms,it concludes that the expression of anti-speech,reproduction of anti-text and organization of anti-action are the main behavioral paths for their antagonistic consumption and reproduction.Moreover,the generation and continuous spread of Cai Xukun’s “anti-fan” subculture is the result of the joint construction of multiple factors.Among them,media technology plays an intrinsic role in the construction and communication of the “anti-fan” subculture,activating the symbol creation and resisting the style construction of the “anti-fan”group in the misappropriation of meaning,and promoting the “anti-fan” group to realize the creation of communication,production and meaning space in the diversified cultural practice.Regarding the subject factor,this paper argues that,the inherent controversy of the idol text is the incentive for the “anti-fan” group to“expose and oppose”,and the creation of pleasure in the struggle constitutes the motivation for the “anti-fan” group to actively resist,while the group classification in social identity is the essence of the generation of the subculture of the “anti-fan”group.In addition,the generation and continuous spread of the “anti-fan” subculture is also driven by commercial factors,the game between fans and “anti-fans” leads to the explosion of exposure and the existence of “anti-fan” reveals the powerful logic of capital operation,which are the embodiment of the role of commercial factors in the generation of Cai Xukun’s “anti-fans” subculture.The last,on the basis of the previous analysis,this paper examines the cultural significance of the existence of the subcultural group “anti-fan” and its resistance behavior,to make clear the positive significance of examining fan culture and promoting dissenting communication,while critically reflect on the problems such as the anomy of moral behavior and the solidification of value judgment.In the end,the value guidance of this subcultural group is carried out from two aspects: “anti-fan” groups should face up to the identity of idols and strengthen self-restraint,while the external needs to improve network supervision and strengthen value guidance. |
