Research On The Singing Of Mezzo-soprano Roles In Opera

The importance of mezzo-soprano in opera is irreplaceable.In the world of opera,there are many attractive roles,who have their own social background and personality characteristics,which requires performers to change different singing styles when singing,so as to better fit the role image.This paper analyzes the voice characteristics of mezzo-soprano,physiological characteristics,image characteristics,singing style summarizes the voice characteristics of mezzo-soprano;By comparing the musical images of Xia He in National opera Yimeng Mountain and Carmen in French opera Carmen,the author further studies the treatment of aria singing and how to change their singing styles to better perform the role.
