Research On The Animation Adaptation Of The Classic IP Nezh

This article is a special research on the creative adaptation and design of the image of“Nezha”.The image of Nezha was completely created in the classical novel “The Canonization of the Gods”.Since then,the history of literature,art,and opera have all started the process of creative adaptation of Nezha's image.This article linearly sorts out the creation process of Nezha's image,which has undergone a series of changes and development in oral transmission,Buddhist scriptures,murals,and legendary novels.In the Ming and Qing dynasties,Nezha's physical characteristics did not change again.In the classical novel “The Canonization of the Gods”,it formed a distinct character image and a complete story background,becoming an IP resource with adaptation value.The creative adaptation of Nezha's image has gone through the process of adapting from an abstract textual image to a flat visual image to an audio-visual image on the screen.Its image has gradually become plump and three-dimensional,so it is well known to the public and a household name.On the basis of the visual image created by the predecessors,descendants have continuously added the factors of the culture and art style of the times,thus adapting and creating the visual images and stories of Nezha with their own characteristics,and this creative adaptation process contains profound cultural connotations of the times.This article analyzes representative Nezha IP adaptation animation works,and fully explains the artistic characteristics of Nezha's visual image in the adaptation animation.At the same time,combined with the Nezha IP adaptation animation of the graduation creation “I Am Nezha”,from the three design directions of play theme,character image,and popular elements,it outlines its connection and difference with the traditional IP Nezha,and analyzes the adaptation creativity of the creation,from a practical level,try to make a contemporary adaptation of the classic IP image Nezha.Try to use animation art methods,integrate new cultural spirit and modern urban life attitude,and creatively adapt and create the classic IP image of Nezha in the contemporary context.
