| In recent years,the new economy makes new industries and new jobs emerge constantly,flexible employees become the main force of the market labor force,Flexible Employees’ labor rights and interests have drawn much attention.On the one hand,the flexible employees have medical insurance and social insurance for the aged,but the housing security problem has not been solved.On the other hand,the housing provident fund as an important component of the people’s livelihood security,for the protection of the housing rights and interests of flexible employees,must be proactive.How to make a deposit policy that can not only guarantee the housing rights and interests of flexible employees but also improve the current provident fund system is a higher requirement for policy makers.This thesis studies the policy of Deposit of Provident Fund for flexible employees in Jiujiang city.through reading a large number of relevant literature on the status of flexible employment in our country have a certain understanding of the status quo,in the course of the study,it was found that the deposit coverage of the Provident Fund policy for flexible employees in Jiujiang has not yet been fully covered,the fairness of the policy is not enough,the identity of the policy is not enough,and the policy is propagated in a single way,the propaganda scope is not “Broken Circle”,the management ability is insufficient,the thought is not unified,for the target crowd lacks the accurate localization and so on.At the same time,we use questionnaires and interviews to understand the deposit needs of flexible workers in Jiujiang,and then draw on the relevant experience of the policy pilot areas to propose feasible countermeasures for the causes of the problem.Only by establishing a deposit policy that meets the needs of flexible employees and can fill the gaps in the current housing provident fund system can we truly improve the housing conditions of flexible employees,can promote the housing provident fund cause high-quality development,thus promoting the steady development of the economy,maintain the long-term stability of society.In a word,through the analysis of the current policy,under the existing conditions,I hope this article can provide useful reference for the development of Jiujiang’s provident fund policy for flexible employees. |
