Service-oriented government is an advanced concept of government development.Since the reform and opening up,China has been actively committed to the establishment,development and improvement of service-oriented government.Since the 19 th CPC National Congress of the Party,the requirements and strength of establishing a service-oriented government are also increasing.As an important part of the service-oriented government,the service window of the government represents the determination of the party and the government to serve the people,and depicts the most intuitive image of the government.Therefore,the service quality of the window is particularly important,how to make the window service construction better and closer to the people is a practical problem that every window unit inevitably needs to face and solve.The people's court is a kind of service-oriented state institution,which serves the country and the people,and acts as a judicial organ to exercise judicial power on behalf of the state,and at the same time provides the necessary judicial services for the people.The transformation to the service-oriented court and the improvement of the service quality of the people's court window is a profound change that the people's court must carry out under the background of promoting the judicial reform in an all-round way according to the decision and arrangement of the Party Central Committee.This paper is divided into the introduction,the public sector and window service related theory overview,H city intermediate people's court window service construction practice,H city intermediate people's court window optimization construction proposal and so on.First of all,it summarizes the achievements of the window service construction of the intermediate people's court in H city,and finds out many problems in the service process,such as the low level of service informatization,the insufficient use of scientific and technological means,the unstable service quality,the need tostrengthen the professional level,the lack of service consciousness,the more concentrated pressure and so on.Secondly,the causes of the problems,such as job burnout,affect the quality of service are analyzed The staff's own ability affects the service level,the examination and supervision mechanism is not perfect,the informationization means is not easy to operate,the propaganda strength is insufficient,the service object cognition level is different and so on.Finally,based on the relevant advanced experience,and aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to broaden the use channels of online service centers,strengthen the construction of information platform,strengthen personnel management and improve skills training,innovate incentive mechanism,clarify disciplinary mechanism,innovate training mode,encourage innovative thinking,broaden the channels for people's participation,strengthen information feedback and so on.Case material for improving window service level.
