The Party Building Work Of College Students Has Entered Into Community Research

College Students’ Party building into the community,which is an active exploration and innovative development of the party building of college students in the new era.With the reform of logistics and higher education system in Colleges and universities,student community has become a special area integrating students’ study,life,school education,management and service.In the new era,the party’s grass-roots organizations need to improve their ability to do ideological and political work.It is an effective way to follow the law of Party construction,the law of Ideological and political work,the law of students’ growth,enrich the connotation of Party building and promote the overall growth of college students.First of all,this paper combs the connotation of College Students’ Party building into the community,and then it analyzed Zhejiang University,Xi’an University of Posts and telecommunications,Shaoguan University,Xi’an University of foreign affairs and other four universities which as case representatives,the following conclusions are drawn:In terms of ideological understanding,the current party construction work of college students into the community is basically clear to expand the party building work of students with the community as the carrier.In terms of operation mode,it has explored and formed three types of operation modes,namely,"establishment of Community Party Working Committee","construction of Party member workstation" and "establishment of Building Party branch".In terms of content,it is built on the basis of the development and training of student party members,education and management,and the play of their roles.And on the working carrier,it relies on fixed service stations,characteristic brand activities,network positions,etc.In addition,it also provides basic equipment for guarantee.The above measures have achieved certain results.But it also has shortcomings in the following aspects,including overall planning,organization andmanagement system,connotation construction of Party construction,platform planning and utilization,personnel allocation guarantee,etc.Therefore,in order to improve and innovate the party building of college students into the community,we need to strengthen the top-level design,improve the management mechanism,support the basic operation system,and strengthen the assessment and evaluation with the classified points management system and the list system.We need to highlight the content construction,broaden the education carrier,and build the personalized education position,project-based operation activities,and the party building network informatization.We should strengthen the joint construction of college student party members,community counselors and logistics service teams.This will optimize the whole process and all-round education.
