Research On Fire Safety Supervision Of High-rise Residential Rental Housing From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

The fire safety supervision of high-rise residential rental housing is a new challenge faced by the grass-roots government at present,which is related to the livelihood demand of the grass-roots social stability and economic development.With the development of urbanization,the fire safety supervision of high-rise residential rental housing is facing a new stage.In addition to the government,how to integrate other regulatory resources to play a corresponding role in this field will contribute to the regulatory work in this field.This paper considers that the holistic management provides a new solution for the fire safety supervision of high-rise residential rental housing.Taking the fire safety supervision of high-rise residential rental housing in X street as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of fire safety supervision of high-rise residential rental housing by the grass-roots government from the perspective of holistic governance,such as overlapping functions of fire safety supervision,repeatability of supervision,etc.By thinking about the research object,we find that it is more adaptive to use the holistic governance theory in this field.Based on the integration of resources and advantages of various departments and the reconstruction of the integrated governance concept of the internal structure of the government,this paper supervises the fire safety of high-rise residential rental housing from the aspects of building the integrated legal guarantee of supervision,establishing the access standardization of rental housing,improving the overall governance ability of the government,promoting the integrated construction of information technology and exploring all parties This paper discusses the measures of fire safety supervision of high-rise residential rental housing from the aspects of interest integrity pursuit,guiding tenants to participate in the integrity management and so on.In the next period of time,our government will comprehensively deepen the reform and continue to promote the general requirements and background of the modernization of grass-roots governance,and guide the grass-roots government to find out the new direction of grass-roots governance.
