Research On Fire Management Of "Self-building" Type Rental Houses In Dongguan City

Since the reform and opening up,with the development of the economy and society,the urbanization process has been rapidly advanced,and more and more farmers are working in cities.Most of these people like to rent in the “self-building” rental houses of local villagers because of their low economic income.For a long time,due to the imperfect laws and regulations system and responsibility system,the fire management of rental houses has lagged behind the social and economic development.Various problems have gradually emerged: such as the overlapping of old and new fire hazards in rental houses,the risk of fire,public fire facilities.Construction debts and so on.These problems have led to a severe fire safety situation in rental housing.A large number of rental housing houses have serious fire hazards.When a rental house fire occurs,it has caused heavy losses to the lives and property of the people.This paper takes qingxi Town of Dongguan City with typical characteristics of the Pearl River Delta as a research sample,introduces the general situation situation of fire management in the rented house,and analyzes the problems and causes in the fire management of the rented house through the methods of interview,observation and questionnaire investigation.Then,from establishing and perfecting the fire safety responsibility system of the rental house,comprehensively optimizing the fire safety environment of the rented house,vigorously consolidating the Fire safety foundation of the rental house,actively developing the fire power construction,deepening the intelligent fire fighting strategy,Resolutely implement the fire protection work of the rental housing and other angles to explore the way to improve the level of fire management in rental housing,in order to gradually establish the economic and social development to adapt to the rental housing Fire Management co-governance model,comprehensively improve the level of fire management,so as to effectively prevent rental housing fires and reduce fire hazards,To protect people's lives and property security,to promote economic and social development to create a good fire safety environment for rental housing.
