According to the spirit of the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,streamlining administration and delegating power and deepening the transformation of government functions are important ways to build a people satisfied government,while the construction of government service center is not only a test window for the government to provide public service products,but also an important practice for the transformation of a service-oriented government.In recent years,with the development of "Internet +" technology,local governments combine the technology of "Internet +" with the provision of government services,and have achieved certain development and effectiveness,which has been widely recognized by the community and the public.At present,with the rapid development of e-commerce in China and the efficient and convenient experience for the public,the government service center has been developing continuously to the Internet."Internet + government service" has increased the proportion of government services to the public and its influence.However,in the specific practice,the development of "Internet + government services" has been restricted by some factors,such as the old ideas of local governments,inadequate construction of "Internet + government services",inadequate authorization for government service centers,etc.,all of which have affected the development of "Internet + government services".Based on the development background of "Internet +",according to the construction of the local government service center,it is urgent and necessary to compare the problems of the development of the government service centers in the context of "Internet + government services",and try to put forward countermeasures to optimize and improve the government service.Based on this,in the context of "Internet + government services",taking Q provincial government service center as an example,this paper studies the construction of government service center.In this paper,by using literature research method,case analysis method and induction method,combined with the first-hand information of Q provincial government service center,we analyze the factors in the operation of Q provincial government service center,and put forward relevant problems.According to the relevant countermeasures,the current "Q + government service" construction of the provincial government service center lacks the service concept,lacks the sense of purpose of "serving and convenience",and the problems of inadequate integration of the whole construction and the lack of Internet + government services.These problems are mainly caused by the following reasons: imperfect system and information.Restriction of technical resources and insufficient authorization of government service center.Furthermore,the author puts forward the construction strategy of Q province's Government Service Center Based on the case of "Internet + government service" construction at home and abroad,including changing the concept of government services,optimizing business processes,deeply integrating government services and strengthening supervision,etc.this research is for the construction of Q Provincial Service center and even the national service center.It can be used for reference.
