Research On The Realistic Dilemma And Coping Strategies Of The Construction Conditions Of The "Internet + Government Service" Platform In Jilin Province

"Internet+Government Service" is a new mode of government service in network management and a deep integration of the Internet and the government system.In2016,Premier Li Keqiang proposed to vigorously promote the implementation of "Internet+Government Service" in the government work report of the "Two Sessions",to promote the connection and sharing of data,and to truly achieve convenient civil and enterprise administration.After the new mode of "Internet+Government Service" was proposed at the national level,various provinces and cities throughout the country actively responded to the central call and continuously pushed forward the development of e-government service.A number of innovative modes of "Internet+Government Service" have emerged throughout the country,and a lot of impressive progress has been made,bringing practical convenience and administration to enterprises and people.Service is more human-oriented and intelligent.Therefore,"Internet + Government Service" is a promising new area of government service at present and in the future.It has an important significance to give the change of government governance and the further development of e-government.Then,through literature research,comparative analysis and the qualitative analysis and other research methods,on the current situation of jilin province "Internet + e-government service" has carried on the simple induction,points of e-government services,including "osmosis" service consciousness weak,government affairs information sharing degree needs further improve,e-government platform influence is weak,and using empirical analysis method to analyze problem causes;Next,through the comparative analysis method,combined with the actual situation of jilin province,this paper analyzes the context of "Internet plus" at home and abroad.Finally,in view of the "Internet + e-government service" development of jilin province problems,including further perfect the government affairs service evaluation mechanism,the specific actual demands in order to improve the government affairs public service job satisfaction,improve public satisfaction index in the weights in the evaluation of the government,the further optimization of government affairs information sharing platform,standardization of government affairs information sharing platform construction,further innovation of government affairs micro platform for government affairs micro platform,continuous development and innovation,and actively seek cooperation with tripartite platform embedded,in order to promote the further development of jilin province governmentservices,system and mechanism innovation,deepen the reform of the government.
