Based On Marxist Anti-Poverty Theory Research On Xi Jinping's Important Exposition Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a worldwide problem,which can not be avoided by all countries in the world.In the process of exploring and exposing the essence of capitalist exploitation,classic Marxist writers have formed the Marxist anti-poverty theory,and gradually practice and develop it.The leading groups of our party have always insisted on poverty eradication as an important task.In the process of poverty eradication,we have inherited and developed the Marxist anti-poverty theory,combined with China's specific national conditions,and formed a set of Sinicized Marxist anti-poverty theory.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should resolutely win the battle of poverty alleviation,achieve the goal of lifting the whole society out of poverty and the whole country into a moderately prosperous society.Due to the different causes of poverty in different regions,there are also differences in development needs and capacity.With the deepening of poverty alleviation,it is more and more difficult to get rid of poverty.After the completion of poverty alleviation work,how to prevent the poor areas from returning to poverty and consolidate the key achievements of poverty alleviation also need to be studied in depth.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part combs the Marxist ideas on poverty governance,including Marx,Engels,Lenin,Stalin and Chinese Marxist ideas on poverty governance,and analyzes the internal logic of these ideas.The second part combs the development process of poverty governance in the 70 years since the founding of new China,analyzes the achievements in the process of poverty governance in China,and summarizes the successful experience in poverty governance in China.The third part studies the conditions of Xi Jinping's important discussion on precise poverty alleviation,the main contents of Xi Jinping's important discussion on precise poverty alleviation in the new era,and analyzes the inheritance and innovation of Marx's theory of anti poverty in the new era of Xi Jinping's accurate poverty alleviation.The fourth part analyzes the achievements of targeted poverty alleviation in the new era,the outstanding problems to be solved and the countermeasures and suggestions,explores the methods to consolidate the achievements of poverty governance and establish a long-term mechanism to solve the relative poverty problems.
