Research On General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Exposition On Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a worldwide problem,and anti-poverty is the eternal mission of mankind.Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has assumed its original aspiration and mission to seek happiness for the Chinese people and for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since the 18 th of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has proceeded from the strategic perspective of the overall development of the party and the country,put poverty alleviation work in a prominent position in governance,made major strategic decisions to win the battle against poverty,and formed a strategy based on precise poverty alleviation.The important discourse at the core has led my country’s poverty reduction into a new journey.At this stage,although my country has achieved a comprehensive victory in the fight against poverty,completed the task of eradicating absolute poverty,and has built a well-off society in an all-round way,General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on targeted poverty alleviation is important for my country’s continued promotion of rural revitalization strategies and for the advancement of the international community.Poverty reduction projects still have reference significance.This article adopts the literature research method,historical analysis method,investigation research method,inductive summary method and other research methods.On the basis of sorting out relevant research results at home and abroad,through clarifying the related concepts and theoretical foundations of poverty,poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation,combined with the background of the times,this paper expounds the internal logic of the formation and development of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on precision poverty alleviation.Through research and statistical data,we thoroughly explore the core connotation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on precision poverty alleviation and the implementation path of precision poverty alleviation,and analyze the significance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on precision poverty alleviation on this basis.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.It specifically explains the research background and significance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on precision poverty alleviation,the research status and the research ideas and methods,and puts forward the innovations and shortcomings of the research.The next research lays the foundation.The second part explains the basic concepts such as precision poverty alleviation.The Marxist anti-poverty theory and the anti-poverty thoughts of successive leaders of the Communist Party of China are expounded.In the third part,the main content of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on precision poverty alleviation is expounded from four aspects: goal and task,realization mechanism,core connotation and implementation path.The fourth part,on the basis of the previous article,further analyzes the results of our country’s overall victory in poverty alleviation,and obtains the theoretical value and practical significance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on precision poverty alleviation.It is hoped that this study can enrich the research on the important expositions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on precision poverty alleviation,and provide a certain reference for the application of refined concepts in rural revitalization.
