Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Internet Public Opinion Supervision In Harbin

As the Internet has gradually penetrated into each corner of our daily lives.the public has also been involved in the government function,especially participating in politics,solving individual demands and pursuing social fairness and justice via various network platforms.Our political,social,cultural,and economic life have been affected along with increasingly powerful functions of the Internet.Meanwhile,the social conditions and public opinions reflected on the Internet has also been increasingly valued by governments at all levels.Local governments now realize the importance of opinions from the public in the process of daily operations.Their response attitudes,handling methods,coping strategies and management effects in the supervision of network public opinion are not only influencing the most immediate interests of the people,but concerning the image and credibility of the government as well.From the macro to the micro,the whole to the part,the overall development of public opinion and public opinion supervision are mainly analyzed in this paper,according to which the structure of the public opinion is clarified using the domestic and international research results.Based on the analysis of a large amount of relevant references on public opinion supervision and public opinion cases against the "1.2" Harbin warehouse fire and the Yabuli incident,we found the problems in the current work related to network public opinion supervision in Harbin using a qualitative and quantitative analysis method.The main problems include the government's insensitive response to public opinion issues,bureaucracy in handling network public opinion.formalism,ineffective guidance of network supervision,and simple and rude public opinion supervision methods.Tracing back to the inherent causes,we suggested that the facts that the insufficient attention of the government,the lack of awareness,the lack of public opinion information sharing between government departments,the lack of professional public opinion supervision teams,and the insufficient initiative of government departments are all the leading reasons.Based on the above discussions,some targeted strategies have been put forward to improve Harbin's network public opinion supervision,including the construction of ideological.institutional mechanism and public opinion supervision professional team.Although the supervision of public opinion is nothing new,it changes as the different media and degree of audience engagement,full of characteristics of the times and worth further study.We hope that the current public opinion supervision in Harbin will be comprehensively reviewed in order to improve the quality of public opinion supervision and promote the overall image of the government and the city with the acceptance of above strategies and suggestions.
