Research On The Social Causes Of Drug Crime And Its Prevention And Control Countermeasures

In the new era,drugs are still sweeping the world,and drug-related crimes have seriously disturbed social stability and public security.Especially in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,with the rapid development of all aspects of China's society,the soil of drug abuse has been bred,and drug crimes have become increasingly rampant.Influenced by the new international drug situation and the special geographical location and other factors,although the public security and judicial organs in R city have controlled the flood of drugs and drug crimes through various anti-drug means in recent years,the anti-drug situation is not optimistic and presents a gradually grim situation.Therefore,how to carry out drug control work,how to realize the effective prevention and control of drug crimes is imperative.From the perspective of the work practice in detention centers in recent years,this paper makes a detailed research and exploration on drug crimes related issues in R City.Based on the theory of public governance,combining with the theory of source governance,the necessity of drug crime governance is expounded.Firstly,R city is taken as an example for empirical analysis.Based on interviews and investigations of drug suspects in custody in R city,the current situation and new characteristics of drug crimes in R city are described in detail through summary and analysis of data in the past five years,and the development trend of drug crimes in R city is further clarified.On this basis,while affirming the drug control work in R city,this paper analyzes the existing problems of drug crime governance and the deep-seated social causes of the problems,and points out the direction for the proposal of countermeasures.Finally,on the basis of the above data analysis and case study,targeted governance measures are put forward from the government level,trying to provide concrete and feasible measures to solve the drug crime problem in R City from the source.Thesis mainly from the perspective of the combination of theory and practice,by against R city research present situation and the countermeasures of prevention and control of drug crimes,combined with in-depth theoretical research and detailed data and typical case analysis,extends the study of drug crime in our country,in order to our country on drug crime problem provide strong theoretical and practical support.
