Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the cause of the party and the state has made historic achievements,undergone historic changes,entered a new stage of development,implemented the new development concept,and constructed a new development pattern,the problems to be solved will be more and more diverse and more complex.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with.As an important window Department of the service-oriented government,the convenience service center also plays an increasingly important role.The staff of the township convenience service center are at the most basic level and have direct contact with the broad masses of the people.They shoulder the important mission of implementing various national policies into practice.Therefore,the level of service ability of the staff of the township convenience service center determines whether the party's policies can be successfully implemented at the grass-roots level,whether the people can enjoy the dividend brought by the national reform and development,and whether the construction of service-oriented government can be completed with high standards.Therefore,it is of great and far-reaching significance to improve the service ability of the staff in the township convenience service center.This paper takes the construction of the service ability of the staff in the township convenience service center as the research subject,takes the staff capacity of the township convenience service center in D County as the research object,combines with the relevant theories of new public service,and comprehensively uses the methods of literature review,interview and data statistical analysis,This paper makes a comprehensive and targeted explanation and Research on the capacity building of the staff in the township convenience service center.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is the preface,which systematically expounds the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research objectives,research contents,research methods and innovation points.The second part is an overview of the definition of the service ability of the staff in the convenience service center.Including the definition of the core concept,theoretical basis and so on.The third part is the survey of the service ability of the staff in the township convenience service center in D County.This paper mainly introduces the basic situation and research methods of the staff of the township convenience service center in D County.It uses the method of interview and data analysis to present the actual situation of the service ability of the staff in the township convenience service center in D County in the form of chart.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and reasons of the service ability of the staff in the township convenience service center of D County.It is found that there are some problems in the service ability of the staff in the township convenience service center in D County,such as insufficient sense of responsibility,neglect of self-construction due to pressure,lack of effective incentive measures,and imperfect supervision and supervision,etc.The fifth part is to put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service ability of the staff of the township convenience service center in D County.Combined with the actual situation of D County and the good methods that have been explored,this paper puts forward targeted and valuable countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening learning and training,improving incentive mechanism,unblocking promotion channels,optimizing salary system,and strict supervision and management.
