Research On The Countermeasures For Improving The Service Level Of The Township Convenience Service Center

The township government is the grass-roots administrative organ of our country,which has close relations with the masses and provides public services directly to the masses.With the continuous development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for public service is more extensive.The government should provide high-quality public services to satisfy the people.However,there are certain problems in the operation of the township convenience service centers,which require continuous development and improvement.Further improving the service level of township civilian service centers has become an important issue for the government to realize capacity conversion and service-oriented government..Based on the theory of new public service and seamless government,the research methods include but are not limited to individual case studies,article studies and realistic conversations.This paper studies the service status of the service center in C town,L County.The service center has complete infrastructure,comprehensive establishments,standardized business processes,and clear management systems.Initial results have been achieved,but there are also areas that need to be strengthened and improved,such as service levels Unevenness,irregular management system,lack of unified management of windows,cumbersome business processes,etc.Finally,in view of the current service status and related experience of the township convenience service centers in other regions of our country,learn from their practices in management systems,assessment systems,training and publicity,and then propose corresponding solutions,including improving service awareness and business capabilities,and improving management systems In accordance with laws and regulations,perfecting the supervision and evaluation mechanism,improving the work process,the higher authorities fully empowering and increasing the participation of the main body,in order to promote the C town convenience service center to improve the service level and promote the transformation of the township government's functions.
