Action Research On The Construction Of Social Support Network For Children In Urban Guardianship Difficulties

At present,the security problems of children in custody dilemma occur frequently,and their survival and development are threatened.Through combing and analyzing the existing literature,it is found that the academic focus is mainly on rural areas,while urban areas are less.On the premise of mastering the theme and ensuring professional ethics and principles,this study went deep into the developing urban areas of Qingyuan,Guangdong Province,and carried out on-the-spot investigation and professional services for children with custody difficulties in urban areas.First of all,in this paper,"children in urban custody dilemma" refers to children under 18 years old who live in urban or underdeveloped urban communities for a long time.They are in danger mainly because of lack of custody,improper custody(or negligence of custody).They are difficult to rely on themselves or their families to survive and develop normally,but they can have general communication and interaction.Secondly,through in-depth interview,participatory observation,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,the researchers deeply analyzed the life details,hidden danger of guardianship,resource stock,social support network and its survival and development status of the subject group in the process of professional services,To truly understand and try to describe the elements and outline of the current social support network for children with guardianship difficulties in Qingyuan,Guangdong Province,so as to facilitate social workers to focus on Problems and accurately intervene,so as to fully stimulate the awareness of seeking help,receiving help and self-help of children with guardianship difficulties in Qingyuan,Guangdong Province,so as to meet the practical needs of the group,and enhance the inclusiveness and acceptance of service groups in the region,Reduce the incidence of guardianship dilemma in this area.At the same time,the full text uses the research paradigm of action research,based on the five stage mode of action research,combined with many parties to solve the problems of the density,scope and connection strength of the social support network for children in urban guardianship dilemma.In the process of constructing the social support network for service objects and solving the guardianship dilemma,it reflects on its own shortcomings,and improves the service quality of social workers Efficiency,promote the service innovation of follow-up social work site.In addition,from the perspective of concept,individual assistance,peer assistance,family care,community care,social work intervention,social inclusion and policy,the research also forms an action framework for the construction of social support network for children with custody difficulties in cities and towns,and provides guidance for the protection and consolidation of the follow-up network.Finally,the study not only makes a thorough and detailed evaluation at the end of the formal round of action cycle,but also summarizes and refines the experience and feelings in the whole process of action research,and puts forward feasible suggestions from four aspects: government policies,social work institutions,front-line action social workers and future related research and development.
