However, migrant children who have not the same unique quality:migration afar with his parents, a little more independent, more of a strong; many migrant children have self-development intentions, but also want to take the initiative to try to contact and learn new knowledge, new things.In view of the above mobile children’s own characteristics, as well as the communities in which the social environment and conditions, this paper try to through the use of "social participation","community to accompany ",the two action strategies, carry out a series of activities and support measures to build migrant children social support network.
