Research On The Mission Of Ideological And Political Education Under The Background Of Socialist Market Economy

The implementation of the socialist market economy system in China has greatly promoted the economic development,but some problems have also been exposed in the process of development,such as the market subjects lack of system identification,the fuzzy concept of right and wrong and other economic concepts problems;Economic and moral problems such as selfishness and dishonesty;And counterfeit and shoddy goods,theft and fraud and other economic legal problems,these problems have a lot of negative impacts on economic development.At the same time,under the new era,China's economic development has entered a new normal,which is in the deep-water zone and crucial period of reform.How to stimulate the enthusiasm of market entities in production and consumption,guide them to establish correct values and abide by economic codes of conduct has become the key to the smooth transformation of economic structure.Economic development needs the guidance of advanced theories.As the concentrated expression of the mainstream consciousness of the party and the country,the theory of ideological and political education plays a guiding and rectifying role in the socialist market economy.In the face of the new situation of economic development,ideological and political education must stand firm,make its mission clear and shoulder the responsibility of The Times.Based on this,this paper bases on the premise that ideological and political education is compatible with socialist market economy,on the basis of the theory and reality gist of system analysis mission,along the path of "motivated-improving self-consciousness-strengthen self-discipline" discussed the three missions of ideological and political education: first of all,Stimulating the enthusiasm to point to the mission of justification,it is using the two standards of "truth" and "goodness",that is,scientific nature and morality,to make rational argumentation on the socialist market economic system,the fair profit-seeking behavior of market subjects and the government's macro-control;Second,improving the consciousness refer to value guidance mission,according to the object can be divided into macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic three levels,On the macro level,it leads the direction of economic operation and creates a good social atmosphere,medium on leading enterprises to establish innovation,integrity and effective cooperation and orderly competition combined with the production and business philosophy,on microscopic lead individuals to establish a correct view of responsibility,consumption and interests;Finally,strengthening self-discipline is directed to moral legislative mission,including establishing the public morality of market relations and the private morality of market subjects.The public morality of market relations includes the two principles of fairness and equality.Private morality of market subject includes two aspects:prohibitive norm and advocating norm,which are embodied in three aspects: abiding by law,hard work and paying back to the society.
