The Anti-Doping Regulations came into effect in China on March 1,2004.This is the first time to regulate doping issues and bear related legal responsibilities,but so far,China's criminal law has not targeted doping-related crimes.Clear regulations.At the same time,the criminal law provisions of many countries reflect the attitude of regulating doping-related crimes.Therefore,this article analyzes and studies the doping problems in competitive sports in my country from the perspective of criminal law.With the continuous breakthroughs of the International Olympic Committee in anti-doping work,the anti-doping system has gradually become comprehensive,and issues such as the definition of doping and specific types of doping abuse have been gradually clarified,and crimes related to doping have entered criminal law crimes.Circle provides basic support.With the rapid development of world sports,anti-doping has become a problem that all countries in the world must face.Under the influence of the International Olympic Committee and related anti-doping organizations,various countries have made many attempts to regulate the doping behavior.As a party to the International Anti-Doping Treaty,China should expand the existing criminal law provisions to regulate doping-related crimes,protect relevant legal interests,and improve the existing legal system.The content of this article is mainly to use criminal law to study the problems caused by doping in competitive sports,and then to analyze the necessity and feasibility of criminal regulations on doping in competitive sports by exploring the standards for punishment and punishment.Finally,we will refer to the advanced legislative practice of other countries on the issue of doping in criminal matters,and in combination with the actual situation in our country,give suggestions on the doping-related crimes.
