Research On The Leakage Of Citizens' Personal Information In E-police

With the rapid development of digital technology,the application of big data in police office is becoming more and more mature.Since the Ministry of public security deployed the "Golden Shield Project" Electronic Policing Reform in the national public security organs in 1998,the Ministry of public security and local public security organs have established a variety of data platforms in order to provide convenience for the public security organs in social management and cracking down on crimes.These platform data almost contain all the privacy information of citizens,in a highly commercialized society,citizens' personal information has become a high use of business resources,precise marketing of harassing phone calls Targeted attacks of telecom fraud happen from time to time in our daily life,all of which are related to the disclosure of citizens' personal information.Due to the public security organs platform data integrity and comprehensiveness,these data are targeted by some criminals,criminals even collusion with the public security organs internal personnel,the citizens' personal information leaked from the public security organ public security organs have belongs to law enforcement agencies,citizen's personal information leakage will greatly reduce the government's credibility,so do a good job in data management,to ensure that information security is the top priority of public security organsThis article is based on the public security organ police electronic office,with an eye to public security electronic office practice the reality of citizens' personal information management practices,enumerate leaks of personal information in the electronic police office instance,combined with the current social background,and individual citizens in current academic information related theory,analyzes and compares the current situation of personal information protection at home and abroad,and draws lessons from some advanced practices in foreign legislation,supervision and data management.The purpose of this paper is to use the thinking and methods of management to analyze and study the problem of personal information leakage caused by public security organs in the electronic police office,and put forward feasible suggestions and programs,so as to guide and standardize the collection,management,processing and utilization of citizens' personal information in the electronic police office of public security organs.
