An Exploration Of The Inter-party Relationship Between The Communist Party Of China And The Revolutionary Party Of Tanzania

Both the Tanzanian Revolutionary Party and the Communist Party of China are long-term ruling parties in the country.Under the careful cultivation of the first generation of leaders of the two parties,the Communist Party of China and the Tanzanian Revolutionary Party established formal inter-party relations in 1978.The relationship between the two parties has a profound historical foundation with the common international justice and development of "socialism".After 43 years of changes,the relationship between the two parties has shown long-term friendship and "step by step" characteristics.It can be regarded as a model of political party exchanges between China and Africa,and has played a positive role,playing a positive role in leading and demonstrating.From the construction of the Tanzania-Zambia Railway--China's largest foreign aid project,to Tanzania's righteous speech when China restored its legal seat in the United Nations,to the new era that the Chinese and Tanzanian parties continue to play the main role of political parties in the construction of a China-Africa community with a shared future and even a community with a shared future for mankind.The development process of the relationship between the two parties can be roughly divided into: the foundation of the development of inter-party relations in the friendly interaction of state relations(1961-1977),the steady development after the formal establishment of inter-party relations(1978-1995),and the leadership of inter-party relations to state relations The three phases of the new period(1996 to present),centered on the themes of jointly supporting the national independence and liberation movement,the exchange of experience in governance,and economic and trade cooperation.The two parties have always practiced the "Four Principles of Inter-Party Relations" in their exchanges."The requirements of Deng Xiaoping's new inter-party relations and the new era of Xi Jinping's new party relations in the new era fully demonstrated the important role of the party as a responsible subject in leading state relations.In the future,the Communist Party of China will strengthen its relationship with the Tanzanian Revolutionary Party.Gradually surpass the scope of bilateral relations to promote exchanges between Chinese and African parties,and better promote the "double-layer interaction" between new party relations and new international relations under the guidance of the value of the "Community of Shared Future for Mankind".
