Research On Emergency Media Reports And Public Conflict Governance From The Perspective Of Frame Theory

In the transitional period of China,all kinds of complicated social relations are in a state of tension,and conflicts in the public sphere are increasing day by day,leading to frequent occurrences of various emergencies.Among various information sources,media news reports are the most important way for audiences to obtain information about events,and have gradually become an important factor affecting the development of events.With the rapid development of media technology,the reliance of public conflict management on news information is also increasing.The way the media provides news information has an important impact on the development process and governance effects of public conflict.Therefore,understanding the construction methods of media news reports is of great significance to improving the efficiency of public conflict management.This research uses the framework theory as an entry point of view,using literature analysis,case studies and text analysis research methods,through specific analysis of the relevant report texts of the collected cases,and explores the framework,discourse and topic construction methods adopted by the media in news reports,and their impact on the development process and governance effects of public conflicts.Research has found that when the media coverage of news events,different construction methods will have varying degrees of impact on the ideological structure of conflict subjects and the development process of public conflicts,thereby further amplifying or eliminating conflicts.In the construction of the news framework,the media mainly adopts the contradiction and conflict framework,the moral judgment framework,the human sentiment framework,the attribution analysis framework,the fact presentation framework and the government image framework;in the construction of news discourse,the media mainly adopts "Contextualization","highly contextualization","emotional arousal","highlighting consequences","pan-labeling","hidden evaluation","causal imputation","official discourse intervention" and other strategies;In the construction of issues,the media mainly adopts a construction method that stimulates the outbreak and escalation of conflicts,facilitates the suppression of conflicts,promotes the cooling and resolution of conflicts,and guides the rational transformation of conflicts.In response to the above research results,the author selected typical cases for specific analysis,and proceeded from the three levels of the government and related management platforms,the media industry,and public media literacy,in order to regulate the media's news reporting behavior,achieve effective resolution of conflicts,and guide online public opinion Make reasonable suggestions for the sound development of the country.
