Research On Digital Copyright Protection From The Perspective Of Blockchain

With the rise of information technology and the Internet wave,my country's digital publishing industry has developed rapidly,but it has also brought increasingly severe challenges to the protection of digital copyrights.Based on the literature analysis method and case analysis method,this article combines the advantages of blockchain with decentralization,immutability,security,transparency and other advantages of digital copyright protection from the perspective of blockchain,and conducts an in-depth analysis.The application principles and application advantages of blockchain in the fields of digital copyright registration,rights protection and transactions.In terms of digital copyright registration,blockchain can reduce registration costs,improve registration efficiency,and realize data sharing and communication.In terms of digital copyright protection,blockchain technology can give full play to its advantages in the field of electronic deposit certificates to protect rights holders in accordance with the law.In terms of copyright transactions,blockchain technology can improve transaction efficiency,protect small and micro works,and ensure transaction security.At the same time,this article deeply considers the challenges brought by the application of blockchain technology to digital copyright registration,digital copyright protection and the protection of digital copyright users' rights: First,blockchain technology has certain conflicts with the copyright registration system.The lack of uniform standards restricts the credibility of registration;second,the blockchain has difficulties in determining the authenticity and legality of evidence;third,the blockchain has brought new difficulties to the protection of the rights of digital copyright users.In response to the above challenges,this article proposes the following legal suggestions: establish a unified blockchain copyright registration system,improve copyright registration rules;improve the authenticity and legality determination rules of blockchain;establish copyright user protection principles,and improve the rules of fair use of copyright.Through the research of this article,we can provide new ideas for strengthening the protection of digital copyright and promoting the vigorous development of the digital copyright industry.
