Learning organization is a new form of organizations appeared with the increase of uncertainty of environment in the age of knowledge economy, it is still young and the research for it is not so embedded all-sided and systemic. The article focused on the leaning organization, based on the other scholars'work on it, constructed a system model of leaning organization using the theory and method of system science, and designed every subsystems of leaning organization, especial the structure subsystem. The outlines of the article are as follows.First, there is an integrated theory frame of leaning organization in this article, based on summarization of literatures. Then the paper looks back and analyses the evolvement of enterprise organization on the aspect of theory development and organizational structure beginning with the research situation on the organization of knowledge management and learning organization .Second, the paper analyses the organization of knowledge management from six aspects, including organizational environment, the structure of organizational hierarchy and the character of network organization, the structure of organizational regimentation and organizational management mechanism, the structure of organizational culture, the mechanism of knowledge innovation and the character of self-organization. Based on the above analysis, the author presents his points of view about organization design in the age of knowledge management.Third, this article analyses the elements of learning organization based on the summarization of system model established, using the theory and methods of the system science, differs the system of learning organization as 5 elements such as leaning, people, structure, knowledge, and technique, and establishes a system model of learning organization, based on above, the article designs every subsystems preparatory, especial the structure subsystem. This article discusses the characteristics of structure of leaning organization particularly, based on the discussion of the evolving process of structure of learning organization, and considers that the structureof learning organization possesses four characteristics , such as horizontal, compressed, soft, and dynamic. This article creatively put forward the model of hierarchy structure of learning organization, and four cases of the structure of leaning organization are presented.Finally, this paper simply describe the basic step and behavior standard to build learning organization; establish the valid learning organization strategy by combining with the XiangGang special features example, and from that sum up the successful key factors.
