The paper begins with the research situation on the organization of knowledge management. Then it looks back and analyses the evolvement of enterprise organization on the aspect of theory development and organizational structure. We can find the development course of organizational theory from immobility to volatility, closing to opening and alt- organization to self- organization by summary. On the other hand, we also discover that enterprise organization mechanism has experienced two important innovations by the research of evolutionary practice in the enterprise organizational structure.On the chapter 4, the paper analyses the organization of knowledge management from eight aspects, including organizational environment, the structure of organizational hierarchy, the character of network organization, the structure of organizational regimentation, organizational management mechanism, the structure of organizational culture, the mechanism of knowledge innovation and the character of self- organization. Based on the above analysis, the author presents his points of view.On the last part, this paper put forward that the mechanism of enterprise organization would transform M-model organizational structure (multidivisional structure) into T-model organizational structure (teams structure). T-model organizational structure is also called as knowledge-based teams organization. Highly flexible virtual enterprise is one of concrete type of knowledge management organization. Furthermore, knowledge management organization must be the learning organization.
