Research On The Construction Of Social Support System For Juvenile Procuratorial Work

Cases involving minors have strong social attributes,and their proper resolution cannot be accomplished solely within the judicial system,but requires a professional and developed social support system.Juvenile justice has been socialized since its inception.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of juvenile procuratorial work functions and scope of cases,the goal of procuratorial organs for judicial protection of juveniles involved has gradually changed from litigation protection to comprehensive protection.In February 2018,the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League jointly signed the "Cooperation Framework Agreement on Building a Social Support System for Juvenile Procuratorial Work",proposing to build a social support system for juvenile procuratorial work,and in April 2019 Pilot projects started in 40 places.The social support system for juvenile procuratorial work is an important part of the judicial protection of juveniles.It can promote the effective connection of judicial case handling and social work,and form a joint force for juvenile protection.However,because of the different resource bases and professional practice experiences in different regions,there are big differences in the social support system for juvenile procuratorial work.This article starts from the juvenile,juvenile procuratorial work,and the social support system,exploring the basic concepts and theoretical fit points of the three,and combing the development process of the social support system for juvenile procuratorial work,combining specific The case studies the construction of typical areas and points out the characteristics of the construction.At the same time,this article recognizes that as an innovative measure,the construction of this system faces many pressures.To build a social support system with procuratorial organs as the main position and multi-participation,it is necessary for the procuratorial organs to improve their own functions and to attract the participation of multiple forces,mainly juvenile judicial social workers.The ultimate goal is to internalize the social support system into my country's future A stable component of the judicial protection of adults,it constructs a large pattern of judicial protection of minors.
