Research On Stakeholder Management Of GZ Radio And Television Smart Pension Project

Since the integration of the mobile network,wireless network and the wired television network,radio and television industry has adapted these new changes by starting to develop Intelligent radio and television projects(IRTPs).However,the rapid development of new business also encountered a series of management problems.In particular,due to the large capital investment,long construction period,and complex construction content of SRTPs,the projects often require support from multiple parties for joint construction,and there are many stakeholders in the project.The management ability of project stakeholders is an obstacle If the comprehensive management ability and promote the high-quality development of the business needs to be improved.This article takes the GZ Radio and Television Intelligent Aged Care Project(RTIACT)as the research object,starting from the perspective of project stakeholder management,firstly expounds on the current status of stakeholder management in this project and summarizes the five practical problems in management;Secondly,analysing needs and expectations of the project through experts judgment From the perspective of the project team,brainstorming identify and classifying the stakeholders of the project.Thirdly,analysing the factors which affect the management of their stakeholders,and find out the 6 most critical influencing factors correspond to these factors and management issues by the brainstorming method and AHP.Finally,based on the problems in the stakeholder management of the GZ RTIACT,which is proposed to regularly update the stakeholder register,assess changes in the needs of stakeholders,guide the participation of stakeholders in the project,improve communication channels,control the spread of the scope of responsibility of the project manager.This article combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the stakeholder management of the GZ Broadcasting RTSACT,enriching the content of the research on specific issues of the domestic radio and television industry project management,and also providing new ideas and references for the management of the IRTPs...
