Research On Information-driven Intelligent Care Services For The Aged In China

With the acceleration of aging and the acceleration of aging in China,the problem of elderly care brought about by the change of population structure has attracted more and more attention.In recent years,the demand for care of the elderly has become increasingly diverse,showing the characteristics of multi-level and fragmentation,while the corresponding supply of care services for the elderly is not perfect and imperfect.The asymmetric information of the main body of care has led to the structural dislocation of the supply and demand of care services for the elderly increasingly prominent.Information-driven elderly intelligent care service is a new model of elderly care service from concept to reality.Intelligent terminal equipment,online service platform and offline service circle together promote the effective matching of the supply and demand of elderly care service,so as to better meet the multi-level and fragmented needs of elderly care.Intelligent care for the elderly has the advantages of optimizing supply and demand information,integrating service resources and reducing operating costs.It is a new trend of the development of elderly care services in the future.Based on information-driven theory,user information behavior theory and signal game theory,this paper explores the current situation and existing problems of the elderly care service industry in China through literature research,case analysis,game analysis and other research methods,and further puts forward the feasibility and strategy improvement analysis of the development of intelligent care service for the elderly.At the same time,based on the "information-motivation-behavioral skills" model(IMB model),an information-driven rehabilitation care service model was constructed to study the importance of rehabilitation care information and knowledge from the perspective of information support.At the same time,we build an online platform of intelligent care service for the elderly,discuss the demand and source of information data of the service platform,analyze its characteristics and efficacy,and discuss the operation mode of intelligent care service for the elderly,in order to alleviate the information asymmetry and provide timely and convenient personalized precise care service for the elderly.With the rapid development of information technology,the further promotion and support of national policies,and the promotion of elderly people's willingness to intelligent care,China has initially possessed the strong conditions for the development of intelligent care services for the elderly.However,because it is still in its infancy,it is facing the lag of government policies,the low acceptance of information technology by the elderly,intelligent equipment and services.There are contradictions between insufficient supply and scarcity of professional nursing personnel,so it needs to be further analyzed.Based on the information-driven perspective,this paper analyses the care needs of the elderly,the current situation of the elderly care industry in China and the main body of the service,and puts forward the strategic significance of building a service-oriented intelligent care for the elderly in the healthy development of the elderly care market in China,which is information-driven,intelligent technology as the core.At the same time,this paper uses game analysis method to analyze the leading and promoting role of the government in the development of intelligent care services for the elderly,and analyses the feasibility of developing intelligent care services for the elderly in China,and puts forward improvement countermeasures,with a view to promoting the sustainable development of intelligent care services for the elderly in China.Intelligent care service for the elderly is a systematic and important livelihood work.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the leading role of the government,encourage care institutions to promote technological innovation,develop community home-based cooperative care service strategy,mobilize other social forces to participate in care services,so that the elderly groups in China can enjoy the convenience,timeliness and personalized precision brought by information technology as soon as possible.Care services to promote the healthy and stable development of elderly care in China.
