Research On Intelligent Home Care Severce Of Datong In Shanxi Province

With the acceleration and degree of the aging society's pace,"how to care for the age" has gradually become a widely concerned issue.As one of the most "old" cities in Shanxi Province,Datong is facing a severe form.Under the premise of the current rapid development of science and technology,the application of information and technology in services of providing for aged that occupy the home,let society see the new hope that solve the problem of providing for the aged.Our countriy also have issued a series of favorable measures.In this context,Datong has made a series of positive explorations on the new high-tech model.Based on the investigation of the YH9 community in Datong of Shanxi province and the understanding of the current status of the community smart home care service,the study investigates and analyzes the concrete practice of the YH9 community's intelligent home care service.It finds there are many probloms,such as that a single source of capital and a large funding gap,a low level of intelligence and information.The people for services are deficient and the professional level is low.The elderly accept the intelligent home care service has obstacles.The smart home care service's breadth and depth of the content are not enough.Through in-depth studying of these problems,the causes of these problems are analyzed from the fouraspects,such as,the lack of government input,the low degree of marketization,the limited environment of community construction and the influence of the old people themselves.At the same time,we draw lessons from the advanced experience gained by the domestic and foreign intelligent home care service and put forward practical measures from the guiding role of the government,the promotion of the main status of the community and the improvement of the personnal of the service for the aged and attaching importance to the elderly'sself construction and demand.
