Nowadays technology and the Internet are growing fast.The traditional service has been far from enough to meet the status quo of China's judicial practice.The emergence of electronic service has made a breakthrough in judicial reform.As the most important link part of the civil procedure,electronic service takes advantages with high efficiency,low cost,and no restricted by time and space,which plays an indispensable role in litigation activities.However,with extensive application in practice,the problems of electronic service have gradually emerged.It brings obstacles to the establishment of electronic service system,which are unclear relationship between traditional service and electronic service,the vague definition of the successful standard of electronic service,the imperfect relief procedure of the addressee,and the low safety and effectiveness of electronic service.This paper analyzes the current situation of electronic service system in China from the perspective of electronic service system.Through the analysis of the regulations and cases of electronic service system in foreign countries,the paper puts forward to the establishment of a dualistic electronic service system in terms of specific measures to improve it.In terms of legislation,the applicable conditions of electronic service should be refined and the success standard of electronic service should be clarified.Finally,it proposes the establishment of a relief mechanism for the damages to the rights of the person on the receiving party.For establishing electronic service system,our country should protect the right of program participation first,and improve judicial efficiency and judicial credibility.
