Research On Social Governance Thought In German Ideology

The word "governance" originates from the West and means control and manipulation.By the end of the 20 th century,Western scholars endowed "governance" with new meanings of multi-subject and multi-center governance,whose basic tendency is to realize social self-governance.Social governance is an important guarantee for people to live and work in peace and contentment,for society to be stable and orderly,and for the country to enjoy long-term peace and stability.The third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of "social governance" for the first time,aiming to make society regulate social affairs and life under the synergy of the government,society and the public and realize the maximization of public interests."German Ideology" mentions "governance" for many times.Although it does not explicitly put forward "social governance",it contains profound thoughts of social governance,which has important theoretical value and practical significance.Centering on the social governance thought in The German Ideology,the thesis is divided into three chapters.The first chapter is a systematic review of the formation of social governance thought in The German Ideology,including social and historical conditions,theoretical sources,and the process of breeding and formation.The thought of social governance in The German Ideology is formed in the economic and political conditions,the living conditions of the masses and the conditions of class and class struggle under the rule of the bourgeoisie.It critically inherits the social contract thought of enlightenment thinkers,the social governance thought of German classical philosophy and the social governance thought of utopian socialists.Its theory originated from "doctoral thesis" and "zeitung" period to the social phenomenon of thinking,the preliminary development in "criticism on Hegel's legal philosophy" and "on the jewish problem" in consideration to the state and civil society and the establishment of the goal for people's liberation,preliminary formed in the period of German and French yearbook of labor alienation and private ownership has revealed that Establishment of scientific practice view and comprehensive elaboration of historical materialism.The second chapter is an in-depth discussion of the content of social governance thought in The German Ideology.First,it is the basic requirements of the social governance thought in the Form,which has three basic requirements for the goal,principle and the realization conditions of the ideal future social governance.Secondly,"Form" criticizes the social rule of class society.The oppression and exploitation of the masses is the lack of humanity in class rule,the restriction of social relations by private ownership is the lack of equality in class society,and the country is the tool of class rule in essence,which is the lack of democracy in class society."Form" constructs the governance of the future ideal society,which will realize the liberation and free and comprehensive development of human beings,social liberation and social autonomy with the participation of multiple subjects,the extinction of the state,and the union of free people.The third chapter is a summary of the theoretical value and practical significance of social governance thought in The German Ideology.The social governance thought in "Form" realizes the revolution of the predecessors' social governance thought,and provides the theoretical basis for the improvement and development of Marx and Engels' social governance thought,as well as for the research and practice of social governance of later generations.The social governance thought in Form is conducive to adhering to the people-centered concept of social governance,improving the level of social governance modernization and governance efficiency,and deepening the multi-party social governance system under the leadership of the Party.
