Country was called ‘Poliso’ in antiquity. Country was the politic society which was theposited with the nurture in the modern western times and it was the same to civil society. Inthe long time of China’s ancient, by" state"," world"," country"," home", the state began as areal political terminology, and civil society has been submerged in the country. With theprogress of history, the content of country is richer and richer. Especially in modern times,country play a more and more important role at the international stage, so country isresearched as an object. Based on The German Ideology which is written by Marx and Engels,the article is made up the analysis of the state and the civil society and revealed the premiseand the essence of the state. At the same time, the article is pointed out the historyresponsibility of the state and repositioned the state.The body of the article is divided into three parts.
