In senior middle school, there are strong independent consciousness, personality and colorful spiritual needs for students. At the same time they face many mental confusion. The Ideological and political education of high school students should be started from the spiritual demand and the actual situation of high school students and strengthening the humanistic care is also important. However, due to various reasons, the current high school students ideological and political education of humanities connotation is not so effective and the effect is not so satisfactory. Therefore, to strengthen the ideological and political education of high school students, we must strengthen humanistic care, respecting and serve them, to promote their all-round development. How to strengthen ideological and political education of high school students with humanistic care, promote the high school students comprehensive and their development, are important issue of the current high school ideological and political education. It is also the subject of this study. This research is divided into three parts:The first part, in this paper is about the connotation of humanistic care in high school ideological and political education. This paper argues the process of ideological and political education guided by the spirit of humanism, the tendency to care one's personality, the emphasis on maintaining human dignity and individuality liberation, the advocating freedom and equality and the realization of self-worth and comprehensive development of a kind of value orientation. It is shown as:meet the developmental needs of high school students; Improve the ideological and moral level of high school students; Enhance the quality of mental health of senior high school students; Arouse the students' respect for life and love; To promote the all-round development of students.The second part is about the analysis of high school ideological and political education humanistic care embodies the manifestations and causes of inadequate. The current high school students ideological and political education inadequate humanistic care embodied mainly for:stress social value but lighten individual value; highlight the leading role of educators but pay not enough attention to the center status of high school students; focus on the universal education, lighten the personality education; emphasis teaching, but weaken the emotional care; Attaches great importance to the external requirement, but ignore the inner need of the development of the high school students; Attaches great importance to the management of the constraint function but leave out the educational functions of management. The reason why there are so many problems mainly includes:the misunderstanding about the ideological and political education concept; the misunderstanding about the high school education idea and mismanagement in high middle school; The low comprehensive quality of part of high school teachers in ideology and politics; The negative influence of social environment.The third part puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the high school students of the humanistic solicitude in ideological and political education. adhere to the "people-oriented" concept and the spirit of "humanistic care" penetrate the education practice; improve the comprehensive quality of high school teachers who teach ideology and politics; perfect the way in caring high school students the humanistic solicitude in ideological and political education; to strengthen the reform of high school education and system of ideological and political education for humanistic care to provide good conditions; to create a good environment to provide high school students ideological and political education of humanistic care.
