With the national basic education sector's emphasis on the development of basic education informatization,as well as a large amount of capital and manpower input,China's basic education informationization development is developing rapidly.Therefore,the basic education informatization evaluation cannot be delayed,but the existing basic education informatization evaluation data acquisition and analysis method is single.And with the progress of informatization,China's basic education website has accumulated a large amount of basic education activity data.At the same time,the continuous development and maturity of big data technology make it possible to evaluate education informatization based on big data technology.This article draws on the existing domestic and international education informatization evaluation standards and basic education informatization evaluation research combined with the content of basic education website content,builds the regional basic education informatization evaluation index system.The indicator system includes five first-level indicators and nineteen second-level indicators for website infrastructure construction,digital resource development,application services,application performance and mechanism protection.And through the Nutch+Hadoop big data platform acquisition of Nanjing City,four basic education site data;through the LDA algorithm to generate basic education website content dictionary auxiliary index data extraction;through information extraction and DTW data extraction of each index statistics,calculate the basis of each district Educational information evaluation score.The preliminary experimental results show that the final score of Qinhuai District in Nanjing Four-City Area is the highest,followed by Jianye District.In addition,the two districts have relatively balanced development in all aspects of the first-level indicators of the evaluation index system.Xuanwu District and Drum Tower District score relatively low and basic education information on the development of shortcomings,including Xuanwu District,relatively weak application services,the mechanism of protection in the Drum Tower area is obviously weaker.Based on the above results for four districts in Nanjing City,basic education information construction advice.LDA algorithm experiments generated dictionary of basic education website content.Finally,the experiment shows that LDA algorithm is feasible to generate content dictionary of basic education website,and the evaluation index system of regional basic education information has some universality and practicability.
