Design And Implementation Of Regional Education Informatization Level Evaluation System Integrating SNS

Evaluation of educational informatization is an important link to standardize the healthy development of educational informatization and realize the modernization of education.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Education Informatization" clearly proposes to form an institutionalized evaluation mechanism,formulate regionally oriented evaluation index systems and methods,and promote the scientific progress of education informatization.Various regional educational informatization assessment activities have been successfully carried out in various parts of the country.Although many research results have been achieved,there are still problems including the lack of effective communication channels between users,the inefficient use of data resources in the evaluation process,and the lack of targeted evaluation data organization,evaluation of resource utilization efficiency and evaluation of service quality needs to be further improved.In view of the problems in the education informatization level evaluation service,this paper attempts to apply the Social Network Service(SNS)to the regional education informatization level evaluation process,and explores a regional education informatization level evaluation service model incorporating SNS,And design and implement a regional education informatization level evaluation system based on this model.The main research results of this article are as follows:(1)Designed a service model of regional educational informatization evaluation integrating SNS.Integrate the concept and technology of SNS into all aspects of the evaluation service,and use user portrait technology to analyze,correlate and model user entities,behavior entities and resource entities in the informationized evaluation service to achieve personalized display of the evaluation results.Using collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm,fusion of social tagging technology and TF-IDF statistical method to achieve personalized recommendation of evaluation resources.Use the influence analysis idea of PageRank algorithm to define the influence factors in the evaluation process of education informatization and use AHP to determine the weight of the factors,and finally realize the influence calculation of each object in the social network evaluation of education informatization.(2)Designed and implemented a regional education informatization level evaluation system integrating SNS.Based on the needs of education informatization evaluation and the concept of integration model,the evaluation system design of integrated SNS has been completed,which not only includes the supplement of existing evaluation system functions such as user communication function,resource community,but also the optimization of existing evaluation system,such as the personalized display of evaluation data,the enrichment of data collection functions and so on.The design of the evaluation service model and system of regional education informatization level integrating SNS is helpful to solve many problems in the evaluation service,improve the quality of evaluation service,and provide some new ideas for the construction and evaluation of educational informatization.
