The Evaluation Research Of Statistical Service Informationization Construction Of Chinese Government

In today's information times,a wide variety of data is the most valuable information carrier,and it is essential for the macroeconomic regulation and control of government,the production and business decision of enterprises,and the production and investment of individuals and families to have access to data effectively and to proper use the data.In this context,the society has an increasingly strong demand for statistics,and the statistical data users diversifies increasingly.For government statistics,the government is no longer the only user,but the public is the winner.With the increasing demand for social data,data providers such as research companies and academic institutions developed rapidly,and their statistics(services)informationization degree increased rapidly.This objectively requires the government to speed up the development of statistical informationization,in order to deal with the new opportunities and new challenges of the current situation.Therefore,we need to investigate the degree of government statistics informationization development and its problems,reflect its imbalance degree from the perspective of regional comparison in China,then analyze the its influence factors and restriction factors.Finally,we propose ideas and paths for improvement.The evaluation research of government statistics informationization construction,which helps to promote government statistics to better serve economic and social development,has vital practical significance.This paper analyzes the level of government statistical informatization construction and its influence factors from the perspective of region comparison.Based on a large number of literature and questionnaire we used the method of comprehensive evaluation comprehensively rate the government statistics website and the national bureau of statistics of 31 provinces and regions,and obtained the final scores and rankings.The results reflect that the statistical informationization construction of each province falls behind that of the national bureau of statistics,statistical informationizaiton construction among the provinces experiences development imbalance.On the basis of ranking,we used the multivariate statistical analysis and econometric analysis method to analyze the influence factors which affect the level of government statistics informationization construction,and proposed improvement measures,in order to consolidate and strengthen the predominance and core role of government statistics in terms of data provision.
