Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Basic Education Informatization In Tumushuk City

Since the 1980 s,the state has continuously increased its support for the construction of information technology in education from the policy and practice level,especially the construction of information technology for basic education.The investment in education informationization itself is not a one-time effort.The hardware facilities need to be constantly updated and the comprehensive ability of human resources needs to be continuously improved.This has led to the persistence of education informationization investment.In the case of high investment,everyone expects It is the corresponding high output,that is,high performance,but the actual situation is not completely satisfactory,so the research on the status and performance evaluation of regional basic education informatization performance is particularly necessary.Xinjiang is relatively weak in the development and research of basic education informatization in the northwest of the motherland.In order to further promote the development of basic education informatization in Xinjiang,it is necessary to carry out a systematic evaluation of the performance of basic education informatization in Xinjiang.Taking into account the characteristics of the region,this research takes the emerging city of Tumushuk,located in the southern Xinjiang,as the research point to evaluate the current status of its basic education informatization performance.This study intends to construct a performance evaluation index system for basic education informatization in Tumushuk City.By establishing a performance evaluation indicator system for basic education informatization in Tumushuk,the present situation of basic education informatization in Tumushuk is evaluated.In this study,the literature research method was used to study the relevant literature on basic education informatization performance evaluation at home and abroad,and the regional basic education informatization performance indicators were initially selected.Then Delphi method was used to invite experts to re-screen the selected indicators.Finally,the performance evaluation index of basic education informatization in Tumushuk City was formed.Then,the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index.Finally,a performance evaluation index system of basic education informatization in Tumushuk city was established.The performance evaluation index system for basic education informatization in Tumusuk City,which was finally constructed in this study,includes five first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators of organizational management and construction,informatization facilities,informatization resources,informatization applications,and informatization literacy.,57 three-level indicators.In order to test the rationality of the performance evaluation indicators constructed,this study designed a questionnaire for the basic education informatization principals,information technology teachers,non-information technology teachers,and students of Tumushuk City.All representatives of Tumushuk City 8 were selected. schools conducted surveys and studies,and distributed 1,564 questionnaires.Through the analysis of the survey data,it is found that the basic education informatization performance of Tumushuk City is generally at a good level,among which the basic education informatization facilities are at a good level,and in the information facilities,information resources,and information technology The development of these three aspects of literacy is at a medium level,and the management and construction of informatization organizations is at a relatively low level.Through the performance analysis,it was found that Tumushuk City also needs to improve the basic education informatization performance management organization,increase the investment in school informatization development,strengthen the maintenance and upgrading of facilities;in addition,it needs to introduce more outstanding full-time teachers And through the establishment of incentives,training and other measures to improve school leaders,teachers and students' information literacy.
