It is a huge social group to compile a number of different industries in which informal employees exist in society.The significance of their existence cannot be ignored.Sociology,management and other disciplines have carried out specific research on the informal employees.The research results provide us with useful ideas for further understanding of the preparation of external staff.But these studies are mainly focused on the management and incentives for the staff outside the organization,and rarely involve changes in their internal social capital.This paper takes the grassroots government of L Town in Hubei Province as an example,and mainly studies the dynamic changes of the type of social capital in the government.This study is based on Pierre Bourdieu's theory of social capital.It is believed that social capital is based on the interaction of institutional relationships to achieve different visualization resources and implicit resources.Operation of various capitals into three dimensions of "network,trust,norm".From the perspective of industry,this paper constructs an analytical framework for studying the changes in the types of employees external capital.Define different types of business relationships owned by foreign employees in different periods as three types of business-type social capital:Tool-based social capital,Network-based social capital,Partner-type social capital.Specifically,it is the process of changing the business relationship,using empirical research methods to explore the process of compiling the dynamic changes of its own social capital types in the early,middle and late stages of entering the organization.Through research and analysis,it is concluded that the type of social capital of non-staff personnel increases with time,and the type of capital becomes rich from a single,showing a positive correlation phenomenon.We define these three stages as tool-based social capital,network-based social capital,and partner-type social capital.In the early stage,the preparation of external employees belongs to a kind of communication that is based on the completion of work objectives.We call it the tool-type social capital.Their understanding and compliance with reciprocity norms is not enough.In interpersonal communication,there is no connected network,and there is a one-way communication in a breakpoint.The size of the circle of friends is still very small,and the frequency of communication with colleagues is relatively small.Less,the cooperation and completion of the work are very difficult,and all the purpose of the interaction is to complete the work and accomplish the task.In the mid-term,the staff outside the organization already have a common goal and a willingness to cooperate.By constructing a network-based group to realize resource flow and sharing,we call this stage a network-based industry social capital.In the middle stage,the understanding and compliance degree of reciprocal norms gradually increased.In the interpersonal communication,a single-line interactive network was formed.The size of the circle of friends gradually expanded,the frequency of communication with colleagues gradually increased,and the degree of cooperation and completion of work.There has been a clear improvement,and all the purposes of communication are no longer simply aimed at completing work and accomplishing tasks,but also beginning to be mixed with some trivialities of life.In the later stage,due to further interaction,the partnership is more stable,long-term and formal.It includes not only the rationality of the tool,but also the existence of a value rational relationship,forming a partnership relationship.We call this stage For partner-type business social capital.In the later stage,the external staff of the company has reached a peak in understanding and observing the reciprocal norms in the later stage.In the interpersonal communication,there are a variety of linear networks intertwined to form a network network,the scale of the circle of friends.It is also very large,forming a closed social circle,not only helping each other at work,but also gradually reaching into each other's life,the frequency of communication with colleagues is very high,the degree of cooperation and completion of work is very high,all communication purposes It is no longer simply a goal of completing work and accomplishing tasks,having the same values and outlook on life,and becoming a partnership.
