Grassroots Ngo Social Capital To Enhance Research

With the deepening of China's reform and opening-up and the properous development of marketing eonomy, sustainable development has been achieved by the NGOs,which are playing vitally important roles in society.However there have such a type of NGO, which come from the bottom of the society, though for various reason they can't register as other NGOs, they also have core characteristics of NGOs, non-governmental, non-profit, autonomy etc.,we can call them grass-root NGO. Although mostly have no legal position, no government support, with volunteer spirit and common conviction,they can be able to contribute to many fields such as helping the poor, protecting environment, maintainning the rights and interests of special groups and so on. In china,the NGOs have been quipped with the indispensable conditions of development,but they also faced with the difficulties of capital,human resouses and legal environment and so on,Especialy lack of money have become the most difficulty of development. Lake of legal positions,the difficulties faeed by the grass-root NGOs are more serious and severe. By means of analyses and site inwestigation on the organization of A,the author discovers the social capital decisive to the existence and development of the grass-root NGOs. This paper further demonstrates the scarcity of social capital is the fundamental reason of causing the dilemma of the NGOs by means of analysis on the internal and external social capital measurement of A, and further clarified the development of grass-roots NGOs with the relationship between social capital and its mechanism, and on this basis to provide some suggestions of enhancing the stock of social capital for the grass-root NGOs.
