Study On Social Work Intervention Of Accompanying Children's Positive Growth Needs Of Migrant Workers

With the acceleration of urbanization,the city creates more employment opportunities for migrant workers,and they also use their own labor to contribute to the development of the city.However,their children who are moving in the same time can not enjoy the city's various dividend policies on the same level,and the problems of education and growth are increasingly prominent.As a teenager,the growth path of the children who are moving in the future is far more difficult than the children of the city,such as environmental integration and peer communication.Therefore,with the opportunity of the "Youth Positive Growth" project,this paper studies the growth needs of the research objects based on the results of previous research,and conducts a series of intervention activities in combination with social work methods to meet the positive growth needs of the research objects.The project belongs to the third public welfare procurement project in Suzhou.It is located in the Mudu Friendship Primary School in Wuzhong District.The project is aimed at the fifth and sixth grade students to promote the positive growth of the youth;to help the families of the distressed students to increase their energy and enhance the family education function;promote communication between families and schools,assist schools in conducting family education guidance,and create a social environment conducive to the positive growth of young people.In terms of content arrangement,firstly,the background of the research and the project overview are briefly explained.Secondly,the needs of the client are evaluated,and according to the overall goals and objectives of the project,under the guidance of the development model,we designed series of practical activities;Finally,the project's effectiveness is evaluated,the whole project is summarized and reflected,and some suggestions are made based on the results of the reflection,which will provide reference for the development of similar projects in the future.
